Ο Ελληνικός Οργανισμός Ανακύκλωσης είναι ο αρμόδιος φορέας του Υπουργείου Περιβάλλοντος, Ενέργειας και Κλιματικής Αλλαγής (Υ.Π.Ε.Κ.Α.) για το σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή της πολιτικής για την ανακύκλωση στην Ελλάδα.
